Making Your Payment

After your loan has funded, NOVA may elect to “Retain” or “Not-Retain” the loan servicing of your mortgage. If NOVA retains the servicing, the payments and servicing activity will remain at NOVA. If NOVA does not retain the servicing, your mortgage loan will transfer to another servicer. Throughout the process, NOVA will provide written notice to our customers to keep you informed of any transition that may occur. We hope the information below is useful to assist our customers during the transition to servicing. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact NOVA customer service at 520.512.1880 and we will be happy to answer your questions.
